Chilly's right. Rodgort's Invocation is a Prophecies-only skill. If you own Guild Wars (the original) you could get it from Marhan's Grotto in the southern Shiverpeak Mountains.

The strat guide desnt have bosses skills, from what I see, so, maybe just look around on some ele bosses. A place to start would be the boss that has double dragon, in wajjun bazaar I believe.

As Jenny2 said, RI is not an Elite so you cannot cap it from a boss. Also as stated it is a Prophecies only skill, so if you want it you need to get it from Tyria.

I believe you misunderstood. The reason it cannot be capped in Cantha is that it's not a core skill, but belongs to the Prophecies campaign.
Non-elites are just as cappable as elites.

Hmm sorry yes, can cap normal skills from bosses. My bad *Hides head in shame*
But I have yet to meet an enemy that uses it so that you can cap it... Wiki gives the following trainers only.

I don't know if Rodgort's is cappable in either game actually, as Luciora said. I have prophecies, so I just bought it from a skills trainer. However, I have noticed that the non-core fire skills from Prophecies generally are much better than those from Factions. For example, there are no fire spells in Factions that can match Meteor Shower or Rodgort's Invocation. Except for Burning Speed...(hahaha jk )
